Hey Charlie reveal new track and video ‘Love Machine’
‘Love Machine’ is the new track from hotly tipped 3-piece Hey Charlie, the London based trio making waves with their dynamic brand of new wave grunge-pop. Following up from their impressive debut EP ‘Young and Lonesome’, ‘Love Machine’ is an anti-love song equipped with heavy riffs, catchy hooks and punchy lyrics, a modern anthem for the next generation.  The video accompanying the track sees the girls – who all play their own instruments – Lizz (guitarist & vocalist), Sophie (bassist & vocalist) and Lauren (drums & Bvs) rocking out in a studio, wearing their trademark matching outfits.
Speaking on the track, Hey Charlie said:  “Love Machine is for anyone who’s fallen in love too quickly and it’s all gone wrong too fast.â€
The band have also confirmed a string of live dates having become an unpredictable and cyclonic live force following supporting American rock legends All Time Low last year. So far they’ve confirmed festival showcases including RADAR FESTIVAL (Switzerland), Live at Leeds, Liverpool Sound City, Neighbourhood Weekender + more (all info below). The band have been growing from strength to strength having garnered support from BBC Introducing, Kerrang Radio as well as appearing on two TV shows in Europe: ‘Music Is My Life’ in Italy and ‘RTL Live’ in Luxembourg. With further tracks due for release over the coming months, Hey Charlie look set to become a staple act for 2018 and beyond.
