Friendly Fires Release ‘Heaven Let Me In’ Video

Friendly Fires release their newest video for their second single of 2018 ‘Heaven Let Me In’. Built around a euphoric, clipped, ‘French touch’ style loop, ‘Heaven Let Me In’ is co-produced with Disclosure and was written in one late night session at the lauded electronic duo’s north London studio.

Directed by BISON (who has previously made videos for the likes of Bonobo, London Grammar and Jon Hopkins), the video stars acclaimed British actor Jeremy Irvine – famed for his roles in War Horse and Mama Mia – who dances through the streets and landmarks of London’s Docklands to perfectly encapsulate the intoxicating, sun-comes-up feel of the song.

‘Heaven Let Me In’ is picking up accolades from clubland, the mainstream and beyond, reaching No. 1 in the Cool Cuts Chart and named ‘Track Of The Week’ by both BBC Radio 1’s Nick Grimshaw and Greg James. The track sets up Friendly Fires to play a run of intimate UK shows in November and December. This run of shows, which will include an all-nighter at London’s Oval Space on Friday 30th November, will see Friendly Fires joined by a stellar line up of guests across the four shows, including Ross From Friends, Space Dimension Controller, Justin Robertson, Paranoid London, Vonica, Alex Metric & Ten Ven.
